AVYRO is a modular, scalable Workforce Operating System purpose built for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms. It delivers an integrated digital infrastructure that simplifies and connects the entire lifecycle of people, processes, and projects. AVYRO’s intelligent modules include:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Streamlined applicant tracking, role-based requisitions, recruiter collaboration, and interview scheduling, tailored to AEC-specific staffing workflows.
Pre-Onboarding and Documentation: Digital offer rollouts, background verifications, document collection, and customizable checklists for hassle-free candidate onboarding.
Workforce Onboarding and Engagement: Role-based welcome journeys, centralized communication, policy acknowledgment, and structured orientation workflows.
Skill Development and Learning: Training records, certification management, and LMS integration to ensure continuous development aligned with project requirements.
Time and Productivity Tracking: Project-based time logging, task-level effort monitoring, attendance synchronization, and productivity heatmaps.
Performance Management: Configurable performance cycles, 360° feedback, goal alignment, appraisal templates, and outcome-based scoring.
Payroll Readiness and HR Compliance: Streamlined payroll inputs through automated attendance and timesheet data, statutory reporting, and audit-ready compliance documentation.

Ensure only authorized users access the platform
Maintain secure credentials and update contact information
Do not misuse, clone, reverse engineer, or harm the service environment
All software, branding, features, and documentation are proprietary to AVYRO
Clients receive limited usage licenses based on subscription plans and agreements
Clients retain ownership of uploaded data
AVYRO uses data solely for fulfilling its contractual services
User data is never shared externally without authorization
AVYRO may suspend access for violation of these Terms
Either party may terminate service with written notice; final bills and data access terms apply
AVYRO provides no warranties for uptime impacted by internet outages or third-party service disruptions
Liability is limited to the scope of the agreement in force
AVYRO aims for 99.5% monthly uptime and will provide support responses within 24 hours on business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If there is any disagreement or legal issue, it will be resolved through arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the final decision will be binding on both parties.
